Full Conference Registration Form - District 410W
The Council of Governors has been able to subsidize the registration fee by R300 per person for full registrations - the registration fee for the 2025 MD Convention is
R1500
per attendee for a full registration.
The first 100 full registrants from District 410W will qualify for an early bird discount of R100. You will be contacted if you qualify for the early bird discount.
The details of your registration will be sent to you, including a unique registration number. Payment details will also be included in that email. Please use your registration number as a reference when paying. Payment can either be made in full or in several partial payments. If making partial payments please try if possible to make payments to this schedule:

March - R275 (R175 if you qualify for the early bird discount)
Registrations will close on 30 March 2025 -
no late registrations will be accepted

If your registration is cancelled earlier than 30 days before your date of arrival, your payment will be refunded in full except for a R50 admin fee.
Cancellations later than 30 days before your date of arrival will not be refunded as the full expenses will already have been incurred for the registration.
