The Council of Governors has been able to subsidize the registration fee by R300 per person for full registrations - the registration fee for the 2025 MD Convention is R1500 per attendee for a full registration.
  • The first 100 full registrants from District 410W will qualify for an early bird discount of R100. You will be contacted if you qualify for the early bird discount.
  • The details of your registration will be sent to you, including a unique registration number. Payment details will also be included in that email. Please use your registration number as a reference when paying. Payment can either be made in full or in several partial payments. If making partial payments please try if possible to make payments to this schedule:
    • R400 Deposit
    • December - R275
    • January - R275
    • February - R275
    • March - R275 (R175 if you qualify for the early bird discount)
  • Registrations will close on 30 March 2025 - no late registrations will be accepted.
  • If your registration is cancelled earlier than 30 days before your date of arrival, your payment will be refunded in full except for a R50 admin fee.
  • Cancellations later than 30 days before your date of arrival will not be refunded as the full expenses will already have been incurred for the registration.
